After over 40 years of combined industry experience, Purple Yam Group felt it was time to share a little bit of themselves. Of Filipino background, we grew up exposed to a mix of cuisines, from Chinese, Malay, and other flavours introduced by our Asian neighbours as well as strong Western influences due to over 300 years under Spanish rule and 48 years colonised by the Americans.
